1General Provisions and Acceptance

By accessing, registering on, or using any service of the fb44 platform, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using fb44's services.

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between fb44 and the user. The subject matter of this agreement includes: use of the platform, account management, financial transactions, gaming activities, and all related services.

fb44 reserves the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms take effect from the moment they are published on this page. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

2Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on fb44, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or be accessing the platform from Bangladesh.
• Only one account per person is allowed.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
• You may not register from any country or jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

If a single person holds multiple accounts, fb44 reserves the right to close any or all of those accounts and forfeit any deposited funds. Providing false information at registration may result in account closure.

3Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

Identity Verification Documents

• National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate.
• Bank statement or proof of mobile banking transactions.

fb44's services are available only to those aged 21 or above. An account belonging to an underage person will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.

4Account Security and Responsibility

Maintaining the security of your account is entirely your responsibility. fb44 recommends following these guidelines to keep your account safe:

• Use a strong and unique password that is not used anywhere else.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, inform the support team immediately.

All bets and transactions made through your account will be considered to have been carried out at your instruction, unless you notify fb44 in a timely manner about a compromise of your account. fb44 is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access by a third party.

5Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

Supported Payment Methods

fb44 currently supports the following payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks).

Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes 15 minutes to 2 hours.

Deposit Rules

All deposits must be made through a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. fb44 reserves the right to reject such deposits and investigate the associated account.

Withdrawal Rules

Your account's identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests will only be sent to a payment account registered in your own name. If an active bonus has wagering requirements that have not been met, the withdrawal will not be processed.

The currency unit will always be Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If any conversion charges apply, you will be informed before the transaction.

6Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

fb44 offers new players a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.

Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• A player may claim each promotion only once.
• Bonuses may only be used on games approved by fb44.
• Specific games may contribute differently toward the bonus wagering requirement.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or converted to cash.
• fb44 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the account may be closed.

7Betting and Gaming Rules

All gaming activities on fb44 are conducted under defined rules. Players may participate in games under the following conditions:

• Each game has its own rules, which will be described on that game's page.
• If a game result is uncertain due to a technical error, fb44 may void the bet.
• For sports betting, the odds and rules set at the time of placing the bet will apply.
• Bets cannot be changed after they are placed (except where a specific cash-out option is available).

Fair Play

fb44 is committed to fair and transparent gaming. Games on our platform operate using SSL encryption and a secure Random Number Generation (RNG) system. If any player attempts to gain an advantage using software or automation tools, their account will be closed immediately.

Special Sports Betting Conditions

For betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, the odds set by fb44 apply. If a match is abandoned or the result is inconclusive, the bet may be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded.

8VIP Program

The fb44 VIP program has three tiers, and each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier is determined based on a player's regular gaming activity and engagement with the platform. Cashback is generally credited to eligible players' accounts on a set day each week.

fb44 reserves the right to change the rules, benefits, or tiers of the VIP program. Players will be given appropriate notice before any changes take effect.

9Prohibited Activities and Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fb44:

• Opening multiple accounts or managing another person's account.
• Placing manipulative or collusive bets to exploit bonus terms.
• Playing games using automated bots or other software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Hacking or launching cyber attacks on fb44's systems or security.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

10Account Suspension or Closure

fb44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation.
• Accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period (more than 365 days).

A player may also request to close their account at any time through the fb44 support team. Before closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, unless a forfeiture decision has been made due to a violation.

11Limitation of Liability

fb44 is not liable for the following:

• A game being interrupted or a bet being lost due to internet disconnection.
• Losses caused by issues with your device or software.
• Delays or errors by a third-party payment provider.
• Service disruption due to technical issues beyond fb44's control (Force Majeure).
• Indirect losses arising from gameplay with other users.

fb44's total liability in any event shall be limited to the amount you deposited in that transaction.
